I value your privacy. HDR RAF Extractor is designed to work entirely on your Mac and never collect, store, or transmit your files, personal data, or any other app data.

App data handling

• HDR RAF Extractor file processing happens locally on your Mac.
• The app does not collect or store personal data, and it does not transmit personal data or any other app data.
• No analytics, tracking, or advertising.
• You remain in control of your files at all times.

Contact form

Contact form messages are sent to a private GitHub repository for support handling. I use those messages only to respond to the inquiry.

If you attach a RAF file to the Contact form, the file uploads directly from your browser to a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. The contact issue stores only the private R2 object key and file metadata, not a public download URL. I use uploaded RAF files for support and camera compatibility testing.

Bug reports

HDR RAF Extractor bug reports are submitted to the public HDR RAF Extractor support repository on GitHub for triage. Any information you submit in a bug report, including your email address if you provide one, will be visible publicly on GitHub. Please do not include private files, license keys, or sensitive personal information in bug reports.
